About company
Easy Accounting OÜ is a raamatupidamise (accounting) company that has been operating in the field since 2010 (formerly known as More Teenused OÜ). In the early years, the company had only one employee, the managing director himself, but over the years, the company has grown, and today our team has expanded.
Easy Accounting primarily focuses on the accounting of micro and small businesses. Additionally, we specialize in serving e-residents. As additional services, we offer consultation and tax advisory, assist clients with Business Register transactions, and provide support when needed for business termination or liquidation.
We always strive to find the most optimal solutions for organizing our clients’ accounting, utilizing modern tools. We are reliable partners and always maintain confidentiality regarding our clients’ business information.

Monike Männa
Managing director, chief accountant, and founder of Easy Accounting OÜ
Monike holds a Professional Higher Education degree in Accounting from Tallinn School of Economics, which she completed in 2010. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). Monike has been working in the accounting field since 2009 and has over 10 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in international companies. Her extensive experience includes financial accounting, reporting, and managing accounting processes. She values accuracy, professionalism, and reliability in her work.

Merily Pool
Accountant
Merily joined our team in 2023. She has a background in accounting and holds the professional qualification of Accountant, Level 5. Merily is dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing reliable accounting support, helping clients manage their finances efficiently and with confidence.

Karmen Mändla
Accountant
Karmen joined our team in December 2023. She graduated from Tallinn School of Economics with a specialization in Accounting and holds the professional qualification of Accountant, Level 5.
